Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were in attendance at Yankee Stadium as the New York Yankees kicked off their American League Championship Series against the Cleveland Guardians. Yankees manager Aaron Boone had hinted at their arrival before Game 1, mentioning he had tickets for Swift's upcoming show in Toronto.

The couple was seen enjoying the game together from a suite. Kelce, whose Kansas City Chiefs are on a bye this week, has a connection to the area, having grown up in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. Earlier this year, he even threw the first pitch at a Guardians game, famously spiking the baseball from the mound.

Swift also has a history with baseball, having performed the national anthem during Game 3 of the 2008 World Series. Over the weekend, the duo dined at several New York restaurants, including a dinner with Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds on Friday.

They’re no strangers to sports events, having previously attended the men’s singles final at the US Open alongside Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany. Swift has been a regular at Kelce's home games this season, most recently at a Monday night matchup against the New Orleans Saints.
