In a dramatic turn of events, Sean "Diddy" Combs is now embroiled in multiple allegations of rape, sexual abuse, and sexual assault, following the filing of at least six new lawsuits in a New York federal court on Monday. The lawsuits, lodged by two women and four men, contain accusations that span a troubling timeline from 1995 to 2021, with claims that some assaults occurred at high-profile parties hosted by the music mogul, often attended by celebrities and artists.

The accusers, who remain unnamed, describe a pattern of abuse that allegedly unfolded at these exclusive gatherings. In response to the allegations, Combs' legal team has firmly denied any wrongdoing, asserting in a statement to the BBC that he "has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman." Among the most alarming claims is one from a male accuser who, at the age of 16, attended a party in the Hamptons in 1998.

He recalls the excitement of being invited to what had become a legendary event in the celebrity circuit. However, his experience took a dark turn when he alleges that during a private conversation with Combs, he was unexpectedly commanded to undress. A photo from the event, included in the lawsuit, shows the two together, with the teen's face obscured. Another lawsuit details the harrowing experience of a 19-year-old college student who alleges that Combs raped her in a hotel room in 2004. She claims to have met the mogul at a photoshoot, leading to an invitation to a private party where she suffered repeated sexual assaults despite her pleas for him to stop.

Tony Buzbee, the lawyer representing the accusers, has revealed that he is currently working with over 100 individuals who intend to bring forward similar claims against Combs, including allegations involving minors. These lawsuits are being filed under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, which allows survivors to seek justice for older incidents. "We will let the allegations in the filed complaints speak for themselves, and will work to see that justice is done," Buzbee stated following the recent filings.

He anticipates that more cases will emerge in the coming weeks as they continue to gather evidence. These latest lawsuits add to the growing number of civil and criminal claims against Combs, who has consistently denied any allegations of sexual misconduct.

Currently, he is facing serious federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, with his trial tentatively set to begin on May 5, 2025. Since his arrest on September 16, he has been held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, where his legal team has raised concerns about the "horrific" conditions of the facility while seeking his release until trial. However, a federal judge recently denied their bail request, citing Combs as a "serious flight risk."
