Additionally, he is facing federal criminal charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering, to which he has pleaded not guilty. In response to the allegations, Combs' representatives have categorically denied all claims, asserting that he has "never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor."
