Kim Richards, known for her candid discussions about addiction, is reportedly encountering difficulties following a recent relapse into alcohol dependency. According to TMZ, the former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" had a dispute with her sister, Kyle Richards, which led to a response from law enforcement.

On September 25, officers from the Los Angeles Police Department were called to a residence in Encino, where Kyle resides and where Kim had been staying. Although initial reports suggested a possible violation of a restraining order, the LAPD later confirmed that no such order was on file and no crime had occurred. Officers were on the scene to "keep the peace" as they informed both parties about the eviction process.

Earlier this month, Kim, 60, had been staying at a Hilton hotel but was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold due to concerning behavior. After her release, Kyle, 55, welcomed Kim back to help her regain stability. However, sources indicate that the family has since decided to limit contact with Kim in hopes of encouraging her recovery.

Kim has been open about her struggles with alcohol over the years. Her journey has been a significant part of her narrative on "RHOBH." Notably, in the show's first season, Kyle publicly addressed Kim’s alcoholism, leading her to seek rehabilitation multiple times over the years.
