A former Fox Sports hairstylist has filed a lawsuit against Skip Bayless, alleging the ex-host made repeated unwanted advances toward her, including offering $1.5 million for sex. The lawsuit, brought by Noushin Faraji, accuses Bayless of inappropriate behavior spanning several years, as well as threatening her job after she refused his advances.

Faraji, who worked for Fox Sports for over a decade, is seeking damages from Bayless, Fox Sports, and its parent company, Fox Corporation. The lawsuit, filed in California Superior Court in Los Angeles, also claims that Fox executives created a toxic work environment where harassment by senior staff and on-air personalities went unchecked.

According to the suit, the alleged harassment by Bayless began in 2017 and included inappropriate physical contact, such as lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek, as well as repeated comments suggesting he could "change her life" if she engaged in a sexual relationship with him. Faraji alleges that in 2021, Bayless explicitly offered her $1.5 million for sex, which she declined.

Faraji claims that after refusing Bayless’s advances, she faced professional retaliation, culminating in her termination in 2024 under what she described as "fabricated" reasons. She initially stayed silent out of fear for her safety but chose to speak out after leaving the network.

Fox Sports responded to the allegations in a statement, saying it takes the claims seriously but declined further comment due to the ongoing litigation. Bayless’s representatives, including his attorney and talent agency, have not responded to requests for comment.

The lawsuit also highlights broader allegations against Fox Sports, including wage and overtime disputes, and seeks class-action status to represent other affected employees. This comes in the wake of previous harassment scandals at Fox, including the firing of its programming chief in 2017 amid a similar investigation.
