In a tense matchup, the Philadelphia Eagles narrowly defeated the Cleveland Browns 20-16, with Jalen Hurts leading the charge by throwing for 264 yards and two touchdowns. Hurts connected with DeVonta Smith for a crucial 45-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter, helping the Eagles improve to 3-2.

Eagles coach Nick Sirianni, perhaps feeling the heat from fans who chanted for his firing, celebrated the win with a little trash talk directed at the crowd. "Just excited to get the win,” he said, acknowledging the support from fans at Lincoln Financial Field.

The Eagles initially struggled, especially on special teams, and faced boos at halftime after the Browns tied the game at 10-10 with a touchdown from a blocked field goal. However, Hurts and A.J. Brown, who returned from injury, combined effectively to secure the victory.

Deshaun Watson struggled for the Browns, finishing with only 168 passing yards and no offensive touchdowns. Coach Kevin Stefanski remained committed to Watson despite the team's ongoing offensive woes.

Looking ahead, the Eagles will face the New York Giants next Sunday, while the Browns host the Cincinnati Bengals.
