Los Angeles Sparks star Cameron Brink was in for a delightful surprise when her boyfriend, Ben Felter, proposed during her trip to Paris for Fashion Week. The romantic moment unfolded at the Shangri-La Paris Hotel, just after Brink attended the Balenciaga show. Felter popped the question in front of the iconic Eiffel Tower, catching her completely off guard.

Brink, 22, shared her excitement on Instagram, writing, “Yes in every lifetime 🤍♾️,” alongside beautiful photos from the proposal. Unbeknownst to her, Felter had traveled from the West Coast under the pretense of work commitments.

The couple has been together for nearly four years, having first met as student-athletes at Stanford University—Felter as a rower and Brink as a basketball star. They officially began dating on March 10, 2021, and although they prefer to keep their relationship private, they celebrated their three-year anniversary with heartfelt posts last March. Felter expressed, “Three years together, a day to celebrate the soul that makes me whole ❤️,” while Brink reflected, “3 years with you. Plus qu'hier, moins que demain.”

Cameron, who was the second pick in the WNBA draft and signed with the Sparks after her graduation in 2024, faced challenges during her rookie season due to an ACL injury. Meanwhile, Felter, a two-time IRCA scholar-athlete, is in his fifth year studying computer science at Stanford and works part-time at the Defense Innovative Unit.

The couple enjoys an active lifestyle together, often spending time at the beach and hiking, with Felter teaching Brink how to surf. Recently, Brink shared that Felter has also introduced her to the world of art, noting, “I love pottery and watercolor, even though I’m terrible.”
